Saschi herbal chicken eggs are produced by purebred Mia chickens, originating from the ancient village of Duong Lam (Son Tay Town, Hanoi). The eggs have outstandingly high nutritional content, especially bad cholesterol is three times lower than regular eggs (148mg/100g).
Called "Herbal Mia chicken" because the chicken feed, in addition to corn bran and fresh rice bran, many natural herbs such as moringa, ginseng, ginger, soybeans, and lotus heart... Saschi absolutely DOES NOT use industrial bran, growth stimulants or synthetic antibiotics.
The eggs have a large yolk ratio, which is lemon yellow, and are fresher than regular chicken eggs. The color of Saschi eggshells is uneven because the farm always aims for naturalness, without creating artificial shell colors. The egg flavor is rich, delicious, fatty and nutritious. Boiled eggs that have been left to cool for a long time do not have a fishy smell, even when boiled with a soft yolk.
