Kimura seaweed is used to roll sushi rice rolls made from seaweed of the Ariake region. After being harvested from the seabed, Ariake seaweed leaves will be cleaned, marinated with ingredients such as sugar, salt, fermented spices, hydrolyzed protein, kelp extract, and additional spices (such as: amino acids), sweeteners (sucralose). They are then rolled into thin sheets suitable for rice rolling and drying. Finished products are packed into convenient small packages for consumers.
