It is made from organic raw yeast, mixed with organic bread flour and organic whole wheat flour, along with pure water.

Storage and expiration date: H3Q Miki Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread lasts longer than regular bread. It can be kept at room temperature for 2 days and then in a cooler for 3 days, or frozen within 3 months. When using, put it back in the cooler for a day, microwave for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
