Hanoli Cooking Oil is imported in original bottles from Greece - the land considered the cradle of world's olive oil production.
Hanoli Cooking Oil is made from 3/4 extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed) and 1/4 sunflower oil, ensuring that the best nutritional components in olive oil are preserved, helping them not to be destroyed when fried at high temperatures.
The oil retains 49% Polyphenol, an active ingredient beneficial for the cardiovascular system, supporting cancer prevention - which no other seed oil can have! The trans fat ratio is 0%.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Light aroma, suitable for both Western and Eastern dishes, golden green oil color.
- Oil is less absorbed into fried dishes (spring rolls, dumplings, fries, etc.) so the dish is less greasy.
- Not hydrogenated like regular cooking oils on the market, but cold-pressed oil, which is pressed directly from fresh olives, with a small amount of refined oil. So when frying, the oil does not evaporate, and can be reused 2-3 times without discoloration.
- Does not stick on the stove, does not solidify on the stove surface, making it easy to clean even at low temperatures.
