Shaking beef (Vietnamese: bò lúc lắc, French: bœuf lôc lac) is a French-inspired Vietnamese dish that consists of beef sauteed with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pepper, and soy sauce. The beef is cut into small cubes the size of playing dice before being sauteed.

Price: 198,000 VND per serving

Ingredients: Australian beef tenderloin, green pepper, red pepper, onion, pineapple, cooking oil, spices.

Instruction: To be taken immediately. If not finished, the dish could be refridgerated then reheated with a microwave oven.
