It is made from organic raw yeast, mixed with organic bread flour and organic whole wheat flour, along with pure water.

The whole baking process takes two days. H3Q Miki Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread is especially good for the health of dieters, diabetics, the elderly.

The product does not contain preservatives, artificial colors or any other additives.

Storage and expiration date: H3Q Miki Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread lasts longer than regular bread. It can be kept at room temperature for 2 days and then in a cooler for 3 days, or frozen within 3 months. When using, put it back in the cooler for a day, microwave for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
