H3Q Miki Rusk is made from H3Q Miki's either Pain de Mie or Cotton Soft Milk Bread, which is baked using New Zealand's Anchor premium dairy products. H3Q Miki Rusk does not contain any preservatives, artificial colors or additives.
H3Q Miki rusk slices made from Pain de Mie have rectangular shapes, while their shape is oval if they are made from Cotton Soft Milk Bread. Rusks made from either one have similar quality.
