The Organic Sourdough Ciabatta is H3Q Miki's own version of ciabatta - an Italian white bread made from wheat flour, water, salt, yeast and olive oil, created in 1982 by a baker in Adria, province of Rovigo, Veneto, Italy, in response to the popularity of French baguettes.
H3Q Miki Organic Sourdough Ciabatta uses all high-end ingredients, including Italian organic whole wheat flour and Greek GAEA organic extra virgin olive oil.
It is highly beneficial to consumers' health, especially the elderly, diabetes patients and dieters. It does not contain any preservatives, artificial colors or additives.
