- TO: Inner city's districts, including Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Hoang Mai, Long Bien, Tay Ho, Ba Dinh, Cau Giay, Dong Da, Thanh Xuan, North Tu Liem, South Tu Liem, and Ha Dong District.

III. DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Accept delivery service for only orders with value from VND 200.000 and above.

- Accept delivery serivce for only orders in the above inner city's districts.

- Customers' Right:

+ Right to deny payment if the products delivered do not match the customer's initial order.

+ Right to deny payment if the products delivered are no longer in intact quality.

IV. DELIVERY FEE

- Under 5km with orders value VND 500.000 and above: FREE SHIP

- Under 5km with orders value under VND 500.000: VND 15.000 / turn

- 6km: VND 20.000 / turn for every order

- 7km and above: + VND 5.000 / km

Rounding rule: We round up the number of kilometre when the number reaches 0,5.

For e.g: 5,5km = 6km; 5,4km = 5km.
